Browse without an account
Public provider research and quick discovery do not require sign-in. Quick-intake answers stay in the page until you choose to carry them forward. That action stores a temporary handoff in this browser tab; you decide whether to apply it after authentication.
Save and submit
Saving a private draft is different from submitting it for Core IQ assessment. Submission requires an accuracy declaration and assessment authorization. Optional product-update preferences are separate. The operational checkboxes do not replace a complete privacy notice or the operator’s legal-basis assessment.
Payment Hub publication
Hub submissions require a separate publication confirmation. They remain private to the submitting account and administrator until approved. Provider responses appear under the relevant published problem. Withdrawing the parent problem hides its response thread. Manage withdrawal and read moderation decisions under My submissions on either board.
Publication choices
Review forms explain that display names and moderated review content can become public. Community questions/answers require publication confirmation. Listing claims are private; approved listing updates can become public after review. Do not add confidential details to public submissions.
Introductions
No directory selection or quick-intake answer authorizes automatic sharing. Selected-route requests are recorded for analyst review. External provider delivery is disabled; named-recipient and field-level disclosure must precede any future sharing.
Optional emails
Use the dashboard’s separate choices for reminders, daily briefs and weekly newsletters. They are off by default and can be switched off independently. No newsletter subscription is required to use assessment features.
Change your mind
Edit saved preferences or contact support@paymentguide.online to request withdrawal of a pending assessment or introduction request. Use the available record/review deletion controls. There is no claim of an automatic full-account deletion or assessment-withdrawal workflow.
