Information we process
ChatGPT sign-in provides a site-specific account identifier and email, and may provide a display name. We store information you save in applications, provider profiles, tasks, watchlists, comparisons, contributions and listing claims. Uploaded business documents are stored separately. We also store review information, moderation/audit events, points and optional email preferences. Payment-method suggestions store the submitted name and official website for operator review; approved names and websites become part of the public catalogue. Payment Radar’s followed-provider preferences are stored in this browser under payment-guide-radar-follows-v1, not in your account, and remain until changed or browser data is cleared. Radar does not send alerts or access your transaction data. If a hosted status check fails, your browser may request the official public status feed directly without account credentials; its operator can receive your IP address. Do not enter card numbers, passwords, wallet keys or identity document images.
Why it is used
Information supports your private workspace, route assessment, provider research, claim verification, moderation, requested notifications, abuse prevention and audit trails. The operator must determine and disclose the lawful basis for each purpose for its actual jurisdiction and audience; checking a box does not supply a missing legal basis.
Payment Hub boards
Merchant Problem Desk and Provider Opportunity Board store submitted posts, public display names, markets, sources and moderation decisions. Approved content is public. Provider announcements and responses require an approved listing claim. Account identifiers and moderation notes are not in public board responses. Contributors can withdraw posts from public view or mark published merchant problems resolved; withdrawn records and moderation audit entries remain stored. Correct a post by withdrawing and resubmitting it. No email notifications or contribution-point rewards are enabled for these boards.
Private access and public submissions
Workspace records and document downloads are checked against the signed-in account. Submitted Core IQ records can be reviewed by the authorized operator/analyst. Review display names and published review text become public after moderation. Approved questions/answers and approved listing updates may also become public; a listing update can include a business contact email. Do not submit confidential details to public content fields.
Provider introductions
Choosing a research shortlist does not distribute your application. Core IQ records selected-route requests separately from marketing preferences. External delivery is not connected. Before external sharing is activated, the intended recipient and fields to be shared must be presented for a separate informed choice.
Service infrastructure and email
The site uses OpenAI Sites authentication/hosting and Cloudflare Worker, database and object-storage services. Hostinger supplies the support and updates mailboxes. The optional delivery integration is Resend, which would process recipient addresses, message content and delivery events when enabled. Exact contractual entities, processing locations and applicable transfer safeguards must still be confirmed by the operator.
Your controls: export, correction and deletion
Use My account → Export my account data to download your records, review information, preferences and points. Export includes document metadata; download files separately. Edit records in their workspaces. Core IQ My records supports deletion of an application or route; application deletion also removes linked match runs and referral requests. Delete reviews on provider pages and documents through the earlier application’s document workspace. Unlinking a provider attachment only removes its profile reference. Full account-wide deletion is not automated; request assistance at support@paymentguide.online.
Retention and audit records
Records persist until removed through available controls or operator action; no comprehensive timed retention schedule is configured. Minimal moderation/security audit entries may remain after record removal. Backup expiry, deletion turnaround and retention periods for each data category are not yet formally established. No guaranteed deletion deadline or complete backup erasure is claimed.
Optional emails and consent
Daily briefs, weekly newsletters and reminders have separate preference choices and are off by default. Manage them in Applicant dashboard → Email preferences or use an unsubscribe link in delivered optional mail. Queue and delivery records support retries, opt-outs and bounce/complaint suppression. Core IQ’s product-update checkbox is not a substitute for the dashboard’s delivery preferences. Email delivery is currently paused.
Browser storage
Community referral attribution may use local browser storage until processed at sign-in. Quick discovery retains answers only after you choose to carry them forward, using this tab’s session storage with a 30-minute expiry. Dismiss or apply the handoff to clear it; close the tab or clear site storage to remove remaining session data. Authentication/hosting services may use necessary cookies. See Browser storage & cookies for the limits of this disclosure.
Rights requests and unresolved information
Send access, correction, deletion, consent-withdrawal or privacy questions to support@paymentguide.online. Applicable rights, complaint authority, representative requirements and any international-transfer safeguards depend on the operator and jurisdictions. These must be finalized with the operator details rather than invented. This is not a statement that the platform is legally certified or fully launch-ready.
