First-hand and fair
Reviews must describe your own experience and use a truthful public name. Do not disclose confidential customer data or impersonate another party. Approved company representatives cannot review their own company. Account sign-in and moderation do not independently prove the merchant relationship.
Publication and corrections
Reviews enter moderation before publication; edits return to moderation. Moderators may reject or remove misleading, abusive or unsuitable content. You can edit/delete your review on its provider page. Report content or request reconsideration at support@paymentguide.online, identifying the page and concern. No response deadline or independent appeals panel is promised.
Points and ratings
Approved reviews can earn contribution points regardless of whether the rating is positive or negative. Points can be adjusted when a contribution is removed. Contributor tiers reflect platform activity rather than professional qualifications. Public averages use published reviews; they are not eligibility, safety or underwriting scores.
Payment Hub posts
Merchant problems, provider announcements and provider responses enter a separate moderation queue in Payment Hub. Claimed provider representation is required for company announcements and responses; it does not certify licensing, market access or a solution. Moderators check relevance, privacy and sources before publication. Posting limits apply. Hub posts do not currently earn points. Contributors can withdraw and resubmit corrections; merchant problem authors can mark a published problem resolved.
Social and referral rewards
Social-sharing rewards require a supported public post and manual acceptance, with a monthly cap. Referral points require the invited account to make an approved contribution. Where a post or review is incentivized, contributors should disclose that incentive. Do not submit duplicate sources or manufactured activity.
