Inside this guide

Describe the business clearly

Explain what is sold, who buys it, when delivery happens and whether third parties receive any of the proceeds. Keep the website, application and supporting records consistent.

01

Separate company and customer locations

A company’s incorporation country and its customer markets answer different questions. State both, including any markets you plan to enter.

02

Make projections transparent

Separate historical processing figures from forecasts. Include average ticket size, seasonal peaks, refunds and disputes, with the reporting period and calculation basis.

03

Explain the supporting evidence

List the documents that establish corporate identity, ownership, relevant permissions and operational policies. The receiving provider determines its own verification requirements.
